Grandparents afternoon

Thanks to all the grandparents and special people who joined us on Wednesday afternoon this week! We had lots of fun making fairy bread and fruit kebabs; visiting the science exhibition and decorating a photo frame. Then we all shared a yummy afternoon tea!

Week 8

As part of Chinese language week, we were very lucky to have a special performance from a Chinese dance troupe on Tuesday. 

Pop pop pop!

This week we have been learning about temperature in maths, and as part of our 'exploration' topic we investigated what happens to popping corn when you heat it. We found out that the moisture inside the seed heats up and expands, changing into steam and making the corn pop - popcorn!!
